Om Mani Padme Hum

The original eternal limitless Truth, the lotus of unclouded wisdom and the jewel of pervading compassion.

May all beings be well and happy; may all beings be free from enmity and danger; may all beings be free from mental suffering, from physical suffering, from all forms of suffering; may all beings protect themselves joyfully.

Free from wrong views, greed and sensual desires, living in beauty and realizing perfect understanding, may we practice Boundless Love and certainly transcend birth and death.

Let me be unmoved by wealth and honors, never seeking profit and reputation, desiring little and content with what I have, grateful to those who show me kindness.

Mindful, alert and careful, I shall protect the gateways of my senses in all situations, checking my thoughts again and again, three times a day and three at night. Let me proclaim my own faults, but not look for the mistakes of others, keeping my good qualities to myself and point out the good qualities of others.

In the spiritual energy that relieves the anguish of beings in misery and places depressed beings in eternal joy, I lift up my heart and rejoice; in the goodness producing illumination, I lift up my heart and rejoice; I rejoice in the beings who have gained eternal liberation from suffering, and I rejoice in those attained to Buddhahood, as well as their offspring, the noble Bodhisattvas. In the oceanic virtue of bodhimind that brings joy to all beings, and in accomplishing the well-being of others, I lift up my heart and rejoice.

Regardless of whether those whom I meet respond toward me with anger or faith, may the mere fact of our meeting contribute to the fulfillment of their wishes

May all that I see, hear, smell, taste, touch and think help me to cultivate lovingkindness, compassion, appreciative joy, equanimity. May all of them help me to cultivate the thought of generosity and gentleness. May all of them help me to relax and activate my friendly behavior. May all of them be a source of peace and happiness. May they help my personality. May they help me to be healthy. May all of them help me to be free from fear, tension, anxiety, worry, and restlessness.

May the slander, harm, and all forms of abuse that anyone should direct toward me, act as a cause of their enlightenment.

No matter where I go in the world, may I meet people with happiness, peace, and friendliness; may I be protected in all directions from greed, anger, aversion, hatred, jealousy, and fear.

May the Eternal Truth arise in everyone, may everyone be happy; may suffering be ended in the minds of all; may the minds of all be at peace.

May everyone be happy and safe, and may their hearts be filled with joy. May all living beings live in security and Peace - beings who are frail or strong, tall or short, big or small, visible or not visible, near or far away, already born or yet to be born. May all of them dwell in perfect tranquility. Let no one do harm to anyone. Let no one put the life of anyone in danger. Let no one, out of anger or ill will, wish anyone any harm.

When I am with those I see daily, let me delight in giving without holding back and eliminate any jealousy.

May I be a protector of the helpless, a guide to those traveling the path, a boat to those wishing to cross over, or a bridge or a raft; may I be land for those who need it, a lamp for those in darkness; may I be a home for the homeless, and a servant to the world.

May I become sure medicine for every pain. May the force of caring increase in me. May my thoughts be healing; may my words be healing; may my actions be healing, may my breath be healing; may my look be healing; may my touch be healing.

May virtue increase; may whatever is good within me increase; may that which is beneficial within me increase

Let us live happily, hating none though others hate; let us live without hate among those who hate. Let us live happily, free from disease, though living among the diseased; let us live diseaseless among the diseased. Let us live happily, ungrieving among those who grieve; let us live without grief among those who grieve. Let us live happily, without possessions; let us feed on happiness like the shining gods.

Finding yourself in fearful and dangerous places, call to mind the Supreme Buddha and fear will leave you; if you cannot think of the Buddha, the Lord of the world and the Highest human, then think of the Eternal Truth of the Buddha which leads to release from all bindings; if you cannot think of Eternal Truth, then bring to mind the community of those who seek Eternal Truth and fear will not touch you.

May I be happy; may I be free from stress and pain; may I be free from animosity; may I be free from oppression; may I be free from trouble; may I look after myself with ease.

May all beings live happily, always free from animosity; may all share in the blessings springing from the good I have done.
